Reaching Anguilla by air or sea

There are many ways to get to Anguilla! Travel directly on American Airlines non-stop flight from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Clayton J Lloyd International Airport (AXA). Or choose seamless travel connections from major US cities through Puerto Rico (SJU).

Connect through St Maarten (SXM), St Kitts (SKB) or Antigua (ANU). Ferry Transportation out of St Martin is a convenient and inexpensive option. A public ferry runs from Marigot Pier on the French side departs ten times daily to Anguilla’s Blowing Point Ferry Terminal.

There are also several private ferry companies, including Calypso Charters, the operate between the Dutch side from the St Maarten Airport Dock to Blowing Point Ferry Terminal Anguilla.

You can experience the comfort and convenience of a private charter for the cost of a single seat with Tradewind Aviation. Private charter flights to Anguilla are offered all year round. Scheduled flights start at USD $345, plus taxes and fees each way. Other things to love about this service include the fact that itinerary changes can be made without penalty, and cancellation (outside of 24 hours before departure) results in full credit on account for one year.

Travel like a local

It’s easy to catch the local ferry that runs from Marigot on the French side of St Martin to Blowing Point. There are usually ten ferry’s a day and no need to book in advance. The trip takes around 20 minutes. Please ask your accommodation to check for current schedules.

On arrival

You will find taxi dispatchers at both Anguilla’s airport and seaport. Rental car companies like Andy’s or Island Car Rentals can arrange for your hire car to be picked up at your arrival port or at your accommodation.
