In early December 2019, Shoal Bay East’s most luxurious boutique hotel became Zemi Beach House Hotel & Spa – LXR Hotels & Resorts, the debut property in the Americas for Hilton’s new luxury collection.
The resort continues to be owned, operated and managed by the Goldstein Family of New York and their very capable team in Anguilla and the USA, headed up by General Manager Paulo Paias and Director of Sales & Marketing, Frank Pierce.

Dynamic General Manager, Paulo Paias, now in his fourth season at the multi-award winning boutique hotel, speaks four languages including his native Portuguese, is proud of his multi-lingual staff members and welcomes the change – confident that he and his team will provide a warm welcome and 5-star service to international guests whose first language may not be English.
