Ultra Luxurious: Anguilla’s Quintessence Hotel showcases owner Geoffrey Fiegers ‘Passion for Perfection’

Quintessence Hotel, also known as ‘Q’, overlooks Anguilla’s Long Bay and is captivating, unique and ultra luxurious. This “Tropical Grand Mansion” has just nine suites yet boasts a staff of over 30!

The hotel is the vision of Owner Geoffrey Fieger, a nationally known U.S. trial lawyer, whose love affair with Anguilla began back in 1984 and has never waned. “Anguilla,” he smiles, “is a feeling unlike anywhere else in the world.”

Over the years, the island has become a second home to Geoffrey and his wife, Keenie. Building not only this magnificent hotel property, but also their own dream home on glorious Long Bay.

When he designed Quintessence Geoffrey stated his intention was to create an ultra luxurious hotel with Anguilla at heart, “I wanted to make it perfect,” he says, “a tropical island paradise where people like me would want to stay.”

Geoffrey oversaw every aspect of the construction ensuring that the quality of the interiors and attention to detail is extraordinary. Each suite boasts handmade Hastens Beds and priceless Haitian art.

And, if the atmosphere feels familiar to Anguilla lovers, it may be because the property is an homage to the original Malliouhana Hotel and its founder, Leon Roydon. Mr Roydon also had a passion for perfection; collecting antiques, Haitian art that were showcased in the architecture and interior design of Anguilla’s first ultra luxury property.

A visit to Q is highly recommended and there is lots to see and do.

Outside guests are welcomed and even offered a tour of the beautiful property. Check out the amazing art, visit the Aidan Spa, shop at the boutique – Keenie’s Bikinis and Beyond.
