Two Brilliant Anguillian Owned Beachfront Restaurants

Written by:

It’s useful to know that of many of Anguilla’s favourite beachfront restaurants offer different menus by day and by night. Those on a budget will find it’s often much more affordable to have lunch!

Both DaVida Bayside and Ocean Echo offer excellent beach service and comfy sunbeds and umbrellas for their guests with broad Caribbean/International child-friendly menus at lunch time and a flip to fine dining at night.

DaVida Bayside

At DaVida Bayside, look out for their new Rice-n-Peas Platter with salad and topped with grilled chicken or scrumptious steak and complementary sauces.

DaVida’s evening menu features fragrant Caribbean-Asian dishes and there is a beautiful ambiance (in season this is the best place to watch the mega yachts sparkling on the bay). You can also enjoy Asian-inspired tapas and the mixology skills and friendly banter of the excellent Joash Proctor, who runs the spacious bar area at night.

Ocean Echo offer an enticing lunchtime menu that features fabulous sandwiches, pizza, pasta, salads and some really good local food.

In the evening you can enjoy a tempting range of Atlantic and Caribbean specials with a focus on fresh local fish – but expect an increase in price!

Top Tip – you are allowed to order their delicious pizza from the lunchtime menu to takeaway or eat at the bar.
